Helping creators focus on creating, instead of emails and negotiations

We believe in fairness and transparency, so here's how our agency works:

• Our fee structure:

  • 20% of the first $100k USD in revenue from deals we organize (or you ask us to assist with)

  • 15% of the next $100k USD in revenue

  • 10% from anything above $200k USD in revenue
    
    

• We'll handle all the outbound outreach and the initial project scoping with brands.
  
  

• We also handle all the project coordination and revision requests with our brand partners.
  
  

• We'll handle payments and invoicing. Our brand partners pay us directly, we pay you directly.
  
  

• You're welcome to handle inbound brand deals totally on your own.
  You only need to involve us if you want, if you involve us we'll take the usual fee from the campaign.
  
  

• You can keep your own email, we'll bring you into the conversation once one of our brand partners agrees to the initial scope and budget for a project.
  
  

• Vain Media does not own any of your content, nor do we have any licensing rights to any of your content.
  
  

• You have final say about which deals of brands and products you'd like to work with.
  You can give us you're "definitely not" list and we'll respect that.
  
  

• After the first trial campaign, we typically do a 6-month exclusivity contract.
  This means you're only premitted to work with us as your agency during this time.
  
  

• Bonus: The first campaign that we organize for you is always fee-free, regardless of the contract size. This is a trial period for you to decide if you like working with us.

We're always open to more creators on the team, but we want people who fit the vision:

• Medieval, fantasy, LARP or cosplay focused creators only.
  
  

• We only work with creators who are primarily focused on Instagram or Youtube.
  You can do Tiktok too, but we likely won't be able to sell as many deals for your Tiktok.
  
  

• We don't have a strict subscriber/follower requirement, but typically above 50k on one platform is a good starting point.
